Admission to any STH course is subject to the following:
- Eligibility: Each course has its own eligibility criteria (minimum education, age, etc.) as described on the course page. STH reserves the right to verify documents and reject applications that do not meet eligibility requirements.
- Application Process: Applications may be submitted online through the student admission form or through an authorized STH Branch Center. Both methods are subject to these terms.
- Admission Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of applicable admission fees and issuance of a Student ID / Admission Confirmation by STH or the respective Branch Center.
- Document Submission: Students must submit true copies of all required documents (identity proof, educational certificates, photograph). Submission of forged or altered documents will result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Age Requirement: Students below the age of 18 must submit written consent from a parent or guardian before enrollment is confirmed.
All fee-related terms are governed by this section and the specific course/program fee structure provided at the time of enrollment.
- Fee Payment: Course fees are payable at the time of admission or as per the installment schedule agreed upon with the STH center. Fees may be paid in cash, UPI, bank transfer, or through the online payment gateway on skillthub.com.
- Online Payments: Payments made through our website are processed via a secure, RBI-compliant payment gateway. STH does not store card or UPI credentials. For any failed transactions where the amount is debited, please contact us within 48 hours with transaction details.
- Payment Gateway Terms: By completing an online payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway provider (Razorpay / PayU or equivalent). STH is not responsible for technical failures caused by the payment gateway provider.
- Receipt: A digital payment receipt will be issued for all online transactions. Students paying at branch centers must obtain a physical receipt from the center in-charge.
- Fee Revision: STH reserves the right to revise course fees for future batches. Students already enrolled will not be affected by fee revisions for the batch they are enrolled in.
- Wallet System (Center Accounts): Branch centers operate using a pre-loaded wallet system on the STH platform. Wallet transactions are final and non-reversible except as explicitly stated by STH in writing.
Please read carefully. Refund requests are time-sensitive and subject to conditions. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable after the refund window below.
- Student Enrollment Fees: If a student withdraws within 7 calendar days of the enrollment date (and before any training has commenced), a refund of 80% of the course fee will be processed. No refund will be issued after 7 days.
- Examination / Assessment Fees: Fees paid for examinations, assessments, or result issuance are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Certificate Issuance Fees: Non-refundable once the certificate has been processed or issued.
- Branch/Franchise Application Fees: Application fees for center registration are non-refundable once the application has been reviewed by STH.

- Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@skillthub.com with your enrollment details and reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
- Certificates are issued only to students who have met the minimum attendance requirement (as prescribed per course), cleared all assessments, and cleared outstanding dues.
- Certificates issued by STH represent completion of the specified training program and are backed by the institution's internal quality standards.
- Tampering with, forging, or misrepresenting an STH certificate is a criminal offence and STH will take appropriate legal action against such activities.
- STH reserves the right to verify and revoke any certificate found to have been issued due to fraud, identity misrepresentation, or assessment malpractice.
- Duplicate certificates may be issued on payment of the prescribed duplicate issuance fee and submission of a valid explanation.
- Final Results: Once a final result is issued and recorded in the STH system, it becomes a permanent record. Any corrections must be requested in writing and are subject to STH's verification and administrative approval.
